Select club – Tee and fairway

In the player profile, in Edit Favourite Clubs, players nominate the club they usually use on par fours and fives. In nearly all instances, this will be a driver.

After tapping on At My Ball, select your club.

Off the Tee, for all par fours and fives, on selecting Add Stroke, the driver will be loaded as the preferred club to use.

For par threes and all second strokes, watchMynumbers will automatically go to the club select page.

To change the club, tap on the box to the right of select club, and go to the ‘Select club’ screen, which lists the player’s 14 clubs.

Tap At My Ball in the bottom right corner of the screen to update your GPS position.

If the GPS position has not accurately loaded, tap the Back button in the top left corner.

Re-tap At My Ball and tap on Select club.

In each box under the name of the club, the series of numbers displayed indicates the level of effort required to hit the ball a certain distance.

Each club has a maximum of five distance indicators, showing players how far they can hit the ball using a back swing of 100%, 90%, 75%, 50% and 25%. These indicators take into account the seasonal differences as entered in the Player Profile in Edit Favourite Clubs.

Remember to take into consideration slopes, wind direction and speed.

When a club is selected, the box will change to white with a black background.

The selection will also appear at the bottom of the club selection screen.

The information at the bottom of the screen will change with a single tap of each club selection.

To confirm club selection, double tap a club before returning to the stroke screen.
