Recording all of the details after you hit the ball

watchMynumbers will automatically move from Tee to Fairway. If you know the club and how much force you are going to use, select your club and hit the ball.

After the stroke, Tap on At My Ball.

The GPS distance will vary from your range finder readings, because the pin has been set up in the centre of the green.

Manually enter the distance obtain from your range finder and press Lock.

If the range finder distance is greater or lesser than what is appearing on the distance to pin on your screen, tap on the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons on either side of the distance to increase or decrease by five Metres or Yards. Press Lock.

Tap Select club, then Double tap the club you used.

If your stroke is From the rough, From fairway bunker or From greenside bunker, turn on the appropriate setting. If none of these settings are turned on, watchMynumbers will assume that the ball has been hit from the fairway.

Record your stroke result by tapping on either Excellent, Just ok, Left, Right, Short, Long, Thin or Fat.

If the stroke was an error and if you believe that the error will cause you to have an additional recovery stroke, turn on the critical error button.

If you are Going for the green, turn the Going for green button on.

If you are an elite golfer, determine whether it is a Dangerous Pin Placement (and if so, move the button to the ‘on’ position) and whether you are going to attack or not Attack (DPP attacked) the Pin.

Press Save. If you do not hit save, the stroke will not be recorded.
