How to record a lost ball

To record how far you hit the ball, tap on At My Ball when you arrive at the hitting off point of the next stroke. If you lose the ball, there is no way to record its arrival point.

To resolve this issue, tap the Stroke result error message at the bottom of the stroke screen, select the error then tap on the Critical error button.

At the top of the screen, tap on the fourth (Map) box picture of an overhead view of a green complex.

A map of the hole will appear. With a long press of your finger, hold where you think the ball finished. The cursor will move to the Set Stroke Location screen.

In the bottom half of this screen, tap on the word Set, in Set Destination for Lost Ball to record the most likely arrival point of the lost ball,  select GPS position. The word Set will turn grey, and the cursor will return to the Stroke (1) screen.   Press Save.

Your next stroke from the same location will be your provisional ball.

Tap on Add Stroke, At My Ball and again select a club.

Record your score and stroke result as normal but remember to tap on the correct location from where this ball is being struck, either from the Tee or Fairway.

Repeat these steps for every stroke until you walk onto the green. Your location on the hole will be preloaded and move from the Tee to the Fairway position.

Don’t forget to record a Penalty on the strokes screen for your lost ball.
