Maps

Your movement on the golf course is displayed on Maps. A map of your movements is created by tapping the At My Ball button when you enter data during the round.

Tee and the centre of the green flag positions for your local golf club can be created at home and saved for future use or downloaded from watchMynumbers.

If your course is not listed in the ‘courses’ section, you can create your own for future use. This can be updated at any time.

Over time, your course will be included as a standard, downloadable course on watchMynumbers.

Every map includes a wind direction and speed indicator in the top left corner, entered on the Round Details screen at the beginning of the round. watchMynumbers suggests these wind settings be reviewed at the end of the round, to determine whether they reflect a general representation of the wind conditions for most of the day.

At the bottom of the screen, use the left < and right > arrows to move forward or back a hole, or use the centre up ^ arrow to go to any hole.

All Maps will display all of your Excellent (Green), Just Ok (Yellow), and bad strokes such as Left, Right, Short, Long, Thin, Fat (Red), and awfully bad or Critical errors (Purple) on each hole.

Tap on the circle to determine which club was used, how far it was from the green, how far the ball was struck and what was the result of the ball strike.

Review the day’s round or any prior round to relive moments of glory or despair. These moments will live in perpetuity in watchMynumbers to view at any time and use to explain to those who need to know (or care to listen).

GPS co-ordinates of where you were when you hit or putted the ball can be recorded during or after the round is completed.

GPS accuracy cannot be always guaranteed, as satellites are constantly moving from point to point, which is why it is especially important to review all of your GPS setting in the Maps section of the Round Review screen.
