Off the tee, from the fairway, rough and bunkers

In Off the Tee and From the Fairway, Rough & Bunkers, all the clubs used during the round are displayed in columns and your personal ball strike opinions for each ball strike, will be displayed for a round of golf.

There are four colours in this section of the report: Bright green, yellow, red, and purple.

All of your displayed strokes will be colour coded and contain one of the following symbols:

+ .(a dot), <, >, S, L, T, F

If an Excellent (+) or Just Ok (. A dot) symbol is used with one of the error symbols in the same square on a hole, the worst colour Purple (Critical error) or Red (Bad) will be displayed with a Green (Excellent) or Yellow (Just ok) strike embedded into the error colour, in strike order of execution.

The following symbols in the scorecard before a + .dot, <, >, S, L, T, & F are:

  • u – From Fairway Bunker
  • U – From Greenside Bunker
  • r – From Rough
  • g – Going for the Green

Each club used during the round is displayed in separate columns, with the number of strike quality totals displayed in separate rows for Excellent, Just ok and Errors at the bottom of the table.

Good (%) percentage success for the quality of ball striking is displayed in the bottom row as a percentage.

The total number of errors in each error category is found in the Summary of Errors section. Error types Left, Right, Short, Long, Thin or Fat are displayed with the number of critical errors (Purple) in each error category. Critical errors are a sub-total of errors, not in addition to the errors listed.

On the Green has five putting distances, and Approach has four ‘from the pin’ approach distances for the number of strokes it takes to get your ball into the hole.

watchMynumbers sets a default Report Thresholds based on your selected handicap.

However, you can create and save your own Report Threshold settings for On the Green and Approach distance from the pin numbers in the Player Profile, Report Threshold settings.
