Show missing putt locations

The Show Missing Putt Locations setting alerts you that you did not tap At My Ball when you arrived on the green, or when recording any subsequent putts. This allows you to optionally include or ignore second and third putts and their associated GPS locations.

The Show Missing Putt Locations is turned off as a watchMynumbers default.

If you do not tap on At My Ball, there will be no GPS (Global Positioning System) tracking recorded on the Maps and no information about direction and progress.

If this occurs, the word Putter will be highlighted in yellow on the strokes screen.

If your first putt is not highlighted in yellow, the At My Ball button was correctly tapped.

Remember, do not tap on At My Ball for your second or subsequent putts when on the green as it will disrupt play. Make a mental note and record these via maps after you leave the green or after your round.

Your second and any subsequent putts will correctly be displayed in yellow until they are manually updated.

Frank – does watchMynumbers recommend turning it on? If so, it should be added here. ALSO I’ve added another image for clarity and cohesion.
