In Favourite Clubs, press and hold any club listed to arrange them into the order you want them to appear on your scorecard. After you have sorted your clubs, tap Save at the bottom of Favourite Clubs and in the middle of the Player Profile.

To delete an unwanted club, tap on Edit Favourite Clubs. Select the club you want to remove and tap the red Delete button. Alternatively, if you want to edit the name of the club, tap on Edit Favourite Clubs.
